Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive who is a go-getter with excellent communication and soft skills. The ideal candidate will play a hands-on role in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and conducting virtual demos of our Wellness furniture. This is a fast-paced role for someone eager to grow with a wellness-driven company and make an impact from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

- Email Marketing: Create and execute campaigns to engage prospects, share wellness-focused content, and generate qualified leads.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Identify, connect, and nurture decision-makers (CHROs, CRE Heads, ESG Officers, Procurement Leaders).
- Cold Calling: Confidently pitch WellErgons products and solutions, schedule meetings, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Virtual Demos: Deliver engaging online demonstrations of ergonomic products (desk bikes, active workstations,



sustainable furniture) highlighting benefits linked to employee wellness, and Active workspaces.
- Lead Management: Track, follow-up, and update leads in CRM to ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
- Market Intelligence: Share insights from client interactions to improve marketing strategies.

Key Skills & Attributes

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Confident in presenting and engaging with senior decision-makers virtually.
- Prior experience in B2B outreach, inside sales, or marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing software.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven – a go-getter attitude.
- Immediate availability to join.
