Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order updates. Maintain daily records of calls, customer requirements and follow-ups. ? MARKETING EXECUTIVE — Responsibilities Visit toy shops, retailers and dealers to generate recent business. Present our toy range and explain wholesale pricing.
Build customer relationships and secure repeat orders. Follow up on leads and work towards agreed sales targets. Report daily visits, orders and market feedback.
✅ Skills Required Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to communicate with local customers in Hindi and Bengali; basic English is helpful. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphones.
Telecaller: Basic computer knowledge and accurate record keeping.
