- Position: Marketing Executive

- Educational Qualification: MBA/BBA preferred. Candidates with an Engineering Degree and relevant Marketing Experience can also apply.

- Procurement, Business Communication, Advanced MS Excel, Market Research, or Customer Relationship Management are preferred/required.

Job Purpose To support sales and marketing operations through quotation preparation, tender handling, customer coordination, and back-office activities while ensuring timely submission of proposals, documentation, and effective communication with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan quotation preparation, tender activities, customer requirements, documentation schedules, and proposal submissions based on inquiries, customer specifications, and business priorities.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Customers for quotation preparation, tender documentation, order processing, approvals, and commercial activities.

- Execute quotation preparation, commercial offer submissions, tender search, tender documentation, online/offline submissions, customer follow-ups, and sales back-office support activities.

- Maintain customer inquiry records, quotation status, tender documents, compliance sheets, sales reports, marketing MIS, presentations, customer databases, and sales documentation for operational tracking and reporting.

- Monitor inquiry status, quotation progress, tender deadlines, customer responses, order follow-ups, pending approvals, payments, and sales activities to ensure timely execution and closure.





- Conduct analytical reviews, problem-solving, root cause analysis, audit reviews, and corrective actions for delays, documentation gaps, customer concerns, and operational inefficiencies.

- Support lead generation, online inquiry handling, exhibitions, client meetings, promotional activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer engagement and sales support effectiveness.

- Lead coordination, delegation, training, cross-functional communication, and implementation of documentation, communication, and reporting best practices for effective marketing and tender operations.

Technical Skills Required

- Proven experience in Tendering Process, Tender Documentation, and Submission Management.

- Hands-on experience in Quotation Preparation, Commercial Offers, and Sales Coordination.

- Strong knowledge of Sales &
- Marketing Back Office Operations and Customer Inquiry Handling.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email Communication, MIS Reporting, and Documentation Management.

- Good understanding of commercial terms, customer follow-ups, lead generation, and sales support activities.

Soft Skills Required

- Proactive, presentation skills, effective communication, time management skills.

- Delegation, training, review, auditing, process/result oriented approach.

- Root cause analysis, systematic problem solving (SPS) skill, continue improvement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
