Job Summary

Sisco Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (SRL) is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Marketing Executive – Sales Support to handle sales enquiries from distributors and customers. The role will be responsible for responding to product enquiries, preparing and sharing quotations, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and product information, and ensuring timely follow-up on enquiries to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsiblities

- Handle and respond to product enquiries received from distributors and customers through email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide product availability, specifications, pricing, and related information.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial offers as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Stores, Production, and other departments to obtain accurate information and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.
- Follow up with distributors and customers on quotations and pending enquiries to support conversion of enquiries into orders.




- Address routine customer queries and coordinate with the relevant department for technical or product-specific requirements.
- Support the sales team with customer data, reports, quotation status, and enquiry analysis.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers and distributors.
- Maintain strong working relationships with distributors and customers and provide effective sales support.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong email drafting and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to prepare quotations and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Solid coordination and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in pricing and product information.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and result-oriented approach.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, sales coordination, or marketing support.
- Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, scientific products, or B2B manufacturing will be an advantage.
