Experience - 3 to 6 years

Skills Needed / Responsibilities :-

- Digital marketing and marketing operations
- Create marketing creatives, brochures & email designs using Canva
- Build, test & execute email marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Customer.io or similar platforms
- Manage social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook
- Website content updates using WordPress or similar CMS
- Manage customer database, segmentation, deduplication & list hygiene
- Manage Google Business Profiles, local SEO & location pages
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar on a daily basis
- Excellent written English for US-based customers
- Solid attention to detail and execution skills
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred
- B2B, automotive, industrial or logistics marketing experience is preferred
- Basic video editing skills would be an added advantage
- Willingness to work with overlap with US Eastern Time
