ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a hands-on IT and Digital Coordinator who can manage the company’s IT hardware, POS systems, digital accounts, social media platforms, marketing coordination and digital records.

The candidate should be technically sound, well-organized and capable of coordinating with multiple outlets, vendors, designers and service providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. IT Hardware & Support

· Maintain an updated IT Asset Register for computers, laptops, POS terminals, printers, routers, CCTV/DVR, biometric machines and other IT equipment.

· Maintain records of purchase, warranty, location, user allocation, repair and movement of IT assets.

· Handle basic troubleshooting of computers, printers, internet/Wi-Fi, networking and other IT equipment.

· Coordinate repairs, AMC and technical issues with IT vendors and follow up until closure.

· Assist in procurement and installation of new IT equipment.

1. POS & Software Management

· Coordinate POS-related issues with outlets and the POS service provider. · Manage approved menu, price and system updates in coordination with concerned teams.

· Maintain records of company software, licenses and subscriptions.

· Follow up on technical issues until they are resolved.

1. Passwords & Digital Access

· Maintain secure records of company email, Google, social media, POS, software and other digital accounts. · Maintain an updated Digital Access & Password Register.

· Ensure access is provided only to authorized persons.

· Change/revoke access immediately when an employee, vendor or agency exits.

· Maintain proper security, recovery details and 2-factor authentication wherever applicable.

1. Social Media & Digital Platforms

· Handle company social media accounts and digital platforms. · Coordinate posting of approved posts, reels, stories and promotional content.

· Coordinate with designers, photographers,



agencies and other external partners.

· Ensure company/outlet information is correctly maintained on digital platforms.

1. Design, Printing & Marketing Coordination

· Coordinate with designers, printers, packaging vendors and agencies. · Follow up on menus, posters, standees, packaging, labels and other marketing materials.

· Make minor corrections to existing designs using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.

· Check artwork, prices and specifications before printing.

· Follow up on all assigned jobs until completion.

1. Digital File Management

· Maintain company designs, photographs, videos, documents and source files in properly organized folders. · Maintain correct file naming, version control and backups.

· Ensure important company digital files and design source files are securely preserved.

QUALIFICATION

Preferred:

· BCA – Bachelor of Computer Applications

· B.Sc. IT / B.Sc. Computer Science

Also Acceptable:

3-Year Diploma in Computer Science / IT with relevant practical experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS

CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, retail chain or other multi-location organization.

The person should be

· Technically comfortable and practical

· Organized and good at maintaining records

· Robust in follow-up and problem solving

· Responsible with passwords, data and company assets

· Comfortable coordinating with different outlets and vendors

Pay: ₹12,277.88 - ₹30,000.00 per month
