Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies.
- Oversee SEO, social media, paid advertising, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and internal stakeholders.
- Track marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
- Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
- Align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
What Were Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, or strategy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Hands-on experience in social media, content marketing, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities.
