- Conduct calls and communicate with existing and potential customers.

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, online platforms, and other sources.

- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.

- Maintain and regularly update customer and lead databases.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, product information, and marketing materials.

- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and other requirements.

- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Maintain skilled relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-up.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales-support targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
