About the Role

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of daily marketing operations and campaigns. You will assist with content schedules, manage digital asset tracking, monitor campaign timelines, and coordinate between internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects ship on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the rollout of digital, social media, email, and print campaigns.
- Maintain content calendars, track project deadlines, and monitor task completion across teams.
- Draft and edit copy for social media posts, newsletters, and promotional collateral.
- Gather campaign performance data and compile weekly report dashboards for review.
- Manage relationships with print vendors, freelance designers, and external agencies.
- Support the setup and execution of events, product launches, and trade shows.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordination, communications, or general marketing role.




- Hands-on experience with social media management platforms, email tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic CMS management.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, and task management software (Asana, Trello, or Jira).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize workload effectively.

What We Offer
