We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager & SEO Executive to manage our digital presence, drive engagement, and improve search rankings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content creation, platform strategies, and SEO techniques to grow brand visibility and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Create engaging content (reels, posts, captions, stories)
- Coordinate with designers and shoot teams for content production
- Monitor trends and implement viral content strategies
- Handle page engagement, comments, and DMs professionally
- Execute SEO strategies (on-page & off-page)
- Perform keyword research and optimize website/content
- Track performance using analytics tools and improve results
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads is a plus)
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms & algorithms
- Basic to advanced understanding of SEO (keywords, backlinks, ranking)
- Content creation & copywriting skills
- Understanding of reels, trends & influencer marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
- Positive communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing agency is a plus
- Creative mindset with strong execution ability
- Ability to handle multiple brands/accounts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,878.74 - ₹25,000.00 per month
