Marketing Assistant – Advertising Business

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 5-6 Years

Role

We are looking for a highly proactive and hands-on marketing skilled to manage end-to-end marketing execution for UFO Moviez’s Advertising Business reporting to Head of Marketing Dep.a

This is a , high-ownership role requiring someone who can manage multiple priorities, work with minimal supervision and get things done.

Key Responsibilities

- Own execution of trade marketing campaigns,



sales collaterals, presentations, brochures and marketing documents .
- Manage social media content, creatives, copy and communication across platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, sales and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Develop and execute emailers, WhatsApp communication, newsletters and trade communications .
- Identify and manage brand tie-ups, barter partnerships and promotional collaborations .
- Manage events, agency meets, activations and industry engagements end-to-end.
- Maintain marketing documentation, databases, trackers, budgets and campaign reports .
- Support movie-led marketing opportunities, advertising propositions and sales initiatives.
- Track competitor activity, industry trends and new marketing opportunities .

What We’re Looking For
- 5–6 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Advertising, Media or Brand Solutions .
- Strong execution and project management skills.
- Good understanding of social media, content, design and marketing communication .
- Design tools, PowerPoint, Excel and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Hands-on, deadline-driven and comfortable working under pressure.
- Ability to take ownership from brief to execution with minimal supervision.
- Experience in media, entertainment or advertising is an advantage.
