JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW

The Senior Highway Engineer will lead the design, coordination and delivery of
highway engineering solutions for projects across the Middle East (ME) region.
The role involves coordination with Lead Project Offices (LPO), technical
reviews and ensuring compliance with applicable standards, quality requirements,
client expectations, project schedules and budgets. The individual will also
support project teams through technical guidance and mentoring of junior members
of the team.

YOUR ROLE

You will be an Engineer within the Middle East Highways/Land Development team
carrying out the design and checking of a range of elements associated with
highway projects. You will be responsible for:
project based supervision of designers and drafting staff
maintaining technical quality standards and mentoring junior designers
delivering projects to time and budget
liaising with ME based customers in a responsive and client focused manner

ABOUT YOU
Qualified Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed College
Have relevant experience in the region of around 7 to 10 years in consultancy
business working on highways and related features
Experienced user of Civil3D/ Open Roads, MX design, AutoCAD
Knowledge in highways design codes and standards.
(KSA/Qatar/UAE/DMRB/AASHTHO)
Experience implementing quality standards and procedures
A very valuable knowledge of working in all applications of MS Office.
