- Leading RO exchange team to deliver on Exchange KPIs for assigned territory

- Enhance New vehicle retail through exchange

- Existing customer retention: Develop and execute strategies to retain existing customers through online, workshop and other means

- Resale Value management: Protect & Enhance resale value for M&M; products

- Support planning and execution of BTL activities for exchange business through dealerships

- Dealer capability building for exchange & pre-owned vehicle business

- Dealer Satisfaction: Enhance M&M; dealer profitability through Organized Pre-Owned vehicle business

- Business Control - Develop exchange business policy, Claim audit policy and implementation

- Develop various new IT Platforms/Tools for supporting Exchange Business

- Liquidation:

- - Manage liquidation of M&M; capitalised,



old stock and transit damage vehicles

- Co-ordinate with external agencies to ensure best possible price realisation without compromising on TAT

- Ensure end to end documentation with 100% compliance to M&M; policies for transparent disposal of vehicles

- Empanel and manage new vendors to auction/ scrap vehicles

- Reconciliation of vendor payments

Preferred Industries

General Experience

- 7-10 years of experience

- MBA (Preferred)
- Solid knowledge of automobile makes, models, valuations, and market trends

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

- Proficiency in using digital sales platforms & tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
