Role Description The Managing Director of Operations will oversee end-to-end operations across design, manufacturing, installation, and service delivery for HPIPL’s parking solutions. This full time, hybrid role is based in Noida, with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading operational planning, optimizing processes and resource utilization, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.





The role will drive performance metrics, implement operational best practices, manage vendor and partner relationships, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company’s innovation and sustainability goals.

The Managing

Director of Operations will also collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic planning, capacity expansion, risk management, and scaling operations to support nationwide and international growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management and Business Management skills to oversee multi-site, end-to-end operational activities.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Experience in Finance and Budgeting to manage P&L;, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities, including team development and performance management.
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or related industrial sectors is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement, quality assurance, and safety compliance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
