Role The candidate will lead the design draftsmen team and manage pre-sales and post-order design activities. The role involves coordinating with senior management, sales/BD teams, clients, structural consultants, fabricators and contractors to ensure timely and accurate design deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the design draftsmen team for pre-sales and post-order activities.

- Plan and track the complete design lifecycle for each project.

- Coordinate with clients, sales teams and consultants to collect required drawings and technical inputs.

- Prepare initial design data for Safety Screen System and work orders.

- Review layouts, sections, structural drawings and load reactions received from consultants.

- Coordinate with structural consultants to resolve design issues and improve designs where required.

- Coordinate with fabricators, contractors and internal teams on technical and design-related queries.

- Monitor design submissions, revisions and approvals to ensure project timelines are met.

- Maintain project design records and reports in Excel and ERP.

- Participate in design review and coordination meetings and update senior management.





- Contribute to new product development and improvements in existing products for better safety, efficiency and cost.

- Ensure design inputs, client submissions and fabrication drawings are completed within defined timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- 6-10 years of experience in technical coordination/design coordination.

- Experience in high-rise residential/commercial construction, real estate, infrastructure, formwork or related industries preferred.

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D and MS Office.

- Knowledge of STAAD Pro will be an added advantage.

- Should be able to read and understand shell plans, structural drawings, sections, load reactions and load calculations.

- Solid team management, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Positive communication skills with the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams.

- Should be comfortable handling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Candidates who can join within 15-20 days or immediately will be preferred.
