Role Overview

We are looking for a technology and automation professional to drive digital transformation and automation across our business operations. The role will work closely with internal teams to identify manual and repetitive processes and develop technology-led solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate and prioritise opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
- Work with internal teams to understand business processes and translate requirements into technology solutions.
- Design, develop and implement automation workflows, applications and system integrations.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual intervention, duplicate data entry and repetitive activities.
- Develop scalable and reusable automation solutions across functions and processes.
- Leverage RPA, workflow automation, APIs, AI/GenAI, OCR, data analytics and other emerging technologies where appropriate.
- Integrate business applications and automate data flows between systems.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts and take successful solutions through implementation.
- Monitor automation performance and continuously improve existing solutions.
- Build and maintain an automation roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on business impact and ROI.




- Work with internal teams and external technology partners, where required, to deliver automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in IT, technology, automation, digital transformation, RPA, technology consulting, fintech or related areas.
- Solid hands-on experience in automation, system integration and technology implementation.
- Experience with tools/technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, SQL, APIs, RPA, Power BI, OCR and AI/GenAI.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design and technology implementation.
- Ability to independently develop/prototype automation solutions rather than only manage projects or vendors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work closely with business teams and convert business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Experience in finance, accounting, tax, compliance or other process-driven environments will be an advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in automation, AI, RPA, data analytics or digital transformation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
