Job Summary

Primera Medical Technologies is seeking an experienced US Healthcare Presales &

- Solutioning professional with deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling, Provider Operations, and Healthcare Business Processes. The ideal candidate will act as a domain leader supporting sales, solutioning, consulting, and client engagements while driving healthcare transformation initiatives for provider organizations.

This role requires strong functional knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem, provider workflows, RCM operations, AR follow-up processes, denial management, and healthcare technologies. The candidate will collaborate with sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to design business-driven solutions and support strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Domain-Led Pre Sales

Serve as the primary US Healthcare and RCM domain expert across presales opportunities.

Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with healthcare provider clients.

Analyze client business challenges and design tailored solutions aligned with operational and financial goals.

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) &

- AR Calling Expertise

Demonstrate deep expertise in the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management lifecycle.

Lead solution design around

AR Follow-up &

- Collections

Insurance Calling

Denial Analysis &

- Appeals

Underpayment Identification

Prior Authorization Follow-up

Claims Status Verification

Payment Variance Resolution

Aging Analysis

Credit Balance Resolution

Patient Collections

Provide consulting and best-practice recommendations to improve:

Days in AR

Collection Effectiveness

First Pass Resolution Rate

Clean Claim Rate

Denial Prevention

Net Collection Ratio

Support automation, analytics,



and AI-driven optimization initiatives within RCM operations.

Proposal, RFP &

- Solution Response Support

Lead and contribute to RFI, RFP, RFQ, and proposal responses.

Develop healthcare-specific solution content, workflows, business rules, and operational models.

Create solution assumptions, scope definitions, and effort estimation inputs.

Define KPIs, SLAs, operational governance, and performance metrics.

Ensure solution compliance with industry regulations and client-specific requirements.

Collaboration &

- Internal Enablement

Work closely with sales, business development, solution architects, and delivery teams.

Support creation of

Reusable assets

Case studies

Capability presentations

Go-to-Market (GTM) collateral

Mentor internal teams on healthcare processes, RCM operations, and AR calling best practices.

Develop point-of-views, whitepapers, capability frameworks, and industry insights.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

Domain Expertise

12 to 15 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry.





Minimum 8+ years of hands-on exposure to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling and Insurance Follow-up.

Experience in proposal development, client presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Healthcare Platforms &

- Technology Exposure

Exposure to healthcare platforms and EHR systems including:

EPIC

Cerner

Athenahealth e Clinical Works

Other Provider Workflow Systems

Understanding of healthcare digital transformation initiatives including cloud, analytics, AI, and automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with healthcare BPO, RCM service providers, consulting firms, or healthcare technology organizations.

Experience supporting US-based healthcare provider clients.

Exposure to AI, RPA, Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Automation initiatives within healthcare operations.

Certifications related to Healthcare, RCM, Revenue Integrity, or Healthcare Information Systems are highly preferred.
