- Analyze and document system and business requirements.
- Configure the system according to customer requirements.
- Develop test scripts for customer testing phases.
- Train end users on the Intacct system.
- Assist customers with data conversions.
- Recommend new processes and procedures.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Intacct tools.
- Set up and configure third-party integration tools.
- Work closely with Sales and Support teams to coordinate project tasks.
- Provide regular written project status reports and discuss progress with customers.
- Manage projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Provide technical support to clients as needed.
- Contribute to the development of new service delivery processes and procedures, including templates, best practices, documentation, and knowledge base content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Business or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and US GAAP.
- Experience in Professional Services, Financial Services, and/or Nonprofit industries.
- Experience with ERP implementations, preferably Sage Intacct, including installation, configuration, and training.
- Strong focus on driving customer outcomes and delivering high-quality, timely solutions.
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to think outside the box to resolve problems.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage internal resources across functional departments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work from home while collaborating in person half the time.
- Excellent communication skills for working with US stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work overlapping hours with the US team.
