Minimum: First Class M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Agrochemicals.
Preferred: Ph.D. in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering with a specialized focus on surfactant chemistry or pesticide formulation technology.

Formulation Innovation: Design and develop new agrochemical delivery systems including EC, SC, SL, WG, WP, GR, and CS formulations.
P2P Client Customization: Reverse-engineer or customize specific formulations to meet the stringent technical benchmarks of MNC clients (e.g., Syngenta, Sumitomo, Rallis).
Packaging Compatibility: Collaborate with the packaging/PET division to run comprehensive shelf-life and chemical compatibility testing between new formulations and plastic containers.
Technology Transfer & Scale-Up
Lab to Pilot Scale: Successfully transfer validated laboratory formulations to pilot plant and commercial-scale production lines.
Process Optimization:
Troubleshoot and modify existing manufacturing recipes to reduce batch cycle times, improve yield, and lower cost of goods sold (COGS).
De-bottlenecking: Work alongside the production team to eliminate technical bottlenecks during commercial trial runs.
Stability Studies: Conduct accelerated and real-time storage stability testing (CIPAC/CIB&RC; guidelines) to guarantee product shelf-life.
Analytical Method Development: Oversee the development and validation of analytical methods using HPLC, GC,UV-Vis, and particle size analyzers.
Contamination Control: Design strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination, particularly between dedicated herbicide lines and other crop protection products.
Dossier Preparation: Generate flawless technical data sheets, impurity profiles, and chemistry dossiers required for CIB&RC; registrations and export compliance.
