1. Preferbly with Machaical/Civil - Degree/ Deploma or Higher
2. Must be proficient in handling large PEB Structures with a capacity of more than 400 MT.
3. Must have proven expertise in execution of PEB works at high elevations (Current structure is at +15 Mtr level above RCC structure).
4. Should be able to demonstrate and enforce Safety and Quality standards to the workforce during execution.
5. Must be capable of reading and interpreting all relevant documents and drawings pertaining to PEB Structures, and be competent to prepare BOQ, Client billing and Sub-contractor billing.
6. Must execute PEB and related works strictly as per the committed schedules.
7. Must be capable of effectively handling Vendors and Clients during project execution.
8. Must be capable of handling work execution end-to-end independently.
9. Must prepare and submit sub-contractor and client billing in a timely manner on a periodic basis.
