JOB RESPONSIBILITES

- To ensure co-ordination and timely execution of feasibility, process development, registration, exhibit, pilot bio-batches and PPQ batches.
- To ensure SOP and cGMP compliance in Master Documentation.
- To maintain review of master batch production records and SOPs.
- To ensure QMS activities including deviation, OOS, change controls and CAPA implementation.
- To ensure quality, purity, safety and identity of drug product in accordance with MI.

- To monitor manufacturing and cleaning activities in different process areas.
- To ensure planning and procurement of change parts and raw materials.
- To maintain and control RM warehouse inventory of PDL at Paonta Sahib location.

- To maintain FO/MI, protocols, reports and technology transfer documents.

Initiation of Documents

- Protocols and reports for feasibility, development, exhibit and PPQ batches
- FO/MI of exhibit, PPQ, registration and pilot bio batches

- Track-wise documents: PD, UPD, investigations, CAPA and change controls
- Creation/extension/deletion of RM, API and INTM codes




- Purchase requests and SAP related activities
- Analytical requests and additional test requests

- EDMS related document generation and revisions

Review and Approval Responsibilities

- Review and approval of protocols, reports, FO/MI documents, SOPs and other GMP related documents.

Accountability

- Execution of feasibility, development, registration, exhibit/PPQ and pilot bio-batches
- Timely procurement of materials and change parts
- Response to regulatory queries

- Completion of investigations, deviations, OOS, CAPA and change requests
- Support for internal and external audits
- Warehouse inventory management and transfers
- cGMP compliance in master documentation
