Work Location-Pune-MH

Experience Required-10 to 15 Years in rubber industry

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for to lead the team to motivate and inspire them to higher productivity and quality improvement
2. Responsible for capacity planning based on internal customer schedule and requirements
3. Responsible to conduct routine Production review meeting and envolve appropriate action plan to prevent production objectives and other aspect also.
4. Responsbile for MIS and Management Data related with Mixing- Production and quality.
5. Responsible for preparation of weekly production schedule and pass on the instructions to subordinates accordingly.
6. Responsible for to maintain Rejection ratio , OEE,Cost of poor quality etc all KPI with Mixing department.
7. Responsible overseen production actvities implementing with effective technique to bring efficiency in operation improevement
