Role Description As Manager – Liability Insurance Broker you will lead and manage the liability insurance portfolio, including product development, client advisory, placement, and servicing.

Responsibilities include assessing client liability risk exposures, structuring appropriate insurance solutions, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating terms with insurers. The role involves negotiating quotes, handling liability insurance placements, managing coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely policy issuance, endorsements,



and claims support. You will maintain strong client relationships, respond to queries, and support business development initiatives through cross-selling and up-selling of liability products.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Insurance and Liability Insurance products, including policy wording, coverage structures, and regulatory requirements.
- Sound understanding of Finance concepts related to risk assessment, pricing, and profitability for corporate insurance portfolios.
- Demonstrated Team Work capabilities, including mentoring, performance oversight, and collaboration across functions.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and handle complex queries professionally.
- Track record in Sales and business development within insurance broking or financial services, preferably in liability lines.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and strong documentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Business, or a related field; professional insurance certifications (e.g., licentiate/fellowship, broker certification) are an advantage.
- Experience in corporate or commercial insurance broking, underwriting, or risk advisory, preferably 1-3 years in liability insurance.
