Urgent Open Position: Plant HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Plant HR Operations
- Lead Industrial Relations (IR) & Union Management
- Manage labour, contractor, and workforce operations
- Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, domestic enquiries and negotiations
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance
- Manage Land Liaisoning & Government/Local Authority coordination
- Drive employee welfare, engagement and discipline
- Prepare HR MIS and coordinate with Plant Operations, Security, Administration & EHS

Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of relevant Plant HR experience
- Experience in Steel / Iron & Steel / Manufacturing / Heavy Industry preferred
- MBA/PGDM/MSW/MA in HR, Personnel Management, or Labour Welfare
- Robust experience in IR, labour management, and statutory compliance
- Proven experience in land liaisoning and government authorities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Location: Purulia, West Bengal Salary: As per industry standards & experience
