Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Events & Operations with relevant experience in shows, exhibitions, and similar events. The role involves client coordination, marketing support, documentation, reporting, and ensuring smooth execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare presentations and dashboards for marketing and business activities.
- Document and track activities and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Handle client communication, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Support marketing, branding, and business activities.
- Use AI tools for research, presentations, reporting, and day-to-day work.
- Ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Travel for client meetings and business requirements as required.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications




- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and client interaction skills.
- Presentation-making skills – Mandatory.
- Dashboard preparation – Mandatory.
- Canva – Mandatory.
- Good knowledge of branding and brand management.
- Valuable understanding of marketing concepts.
- Comfortable using AI tools.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel.

Important

- Relevant experience in shows, exhibitions, or similar events is mandatory.
- Candidates with only corporate events or family function experience will not be considered.
- Immediate joiners to candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period only.
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
