- Drive strategic projects across the group, participating in the conceptualization, planning, management and delivery of strategic initiatives

- Participate in organic and inorganic growth initiatives, conducting rigorous opportunity evaluation, detailed diligence and risk evaluation

- Provide in-depth analytical and research support and structure complex problems to enable decision making for senior leadership

- Cross-collaboration across multiple business units to bring efficiency and drive growth

- Drive global expansion initiatives across manufacturing and exports

- Participate in business reviews to identify improvement areas and track performance

Skills and Expertise

1. MBA with minimum 5 year of experience in corporate strategy / consulting roles.

Education in pharma or pharmaceutical experience is must

2. Solid quantitative skills: Comfortable working with datasets and perform complex analysis

3. Critical thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities to draw sound conclusions in ambiguous business environment

4. Strong Project Management and Communication skills
