Contract Temporary The Chance: We are currently seeking to hire a Manager Content Development to create and develop training content for Agency Distribution team. This role presents the opportunity to join a team of L&D; professionals who provide innovative and impactful learning solutions to impact productivity. In this Role, you ll get to: Partner with senior leaders and peers to identify opportunities to make business impact through learning and development programs that target our distribution team. Perform the whole cycle of building a training program using the ADDIE model to measuring impact up to business outcomes.
Work with talented workstreams to build effective programs from scratch as well as improving existing ones.
Employ innovative, scalable capability building methods that go beyond the classroom, including self-directed learning, technology-based learning, learning on the job, coaching, project-based learning, etc. Run the programs, tracking completion and impact, connecting them to growth and outcomes. Run experiments when needed. What you ll Need to Succeed:
Strong capabilities to build programs end to end, from analyzing the audience, creating the design document to deploy the program through LMS and measurement of business impact.
Outstanding project management skills Outstanding ability to partner with senior leaders towards outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and ability to work comfortably with data.
Business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to execution. Great alignment with Tata AIA values. What you must know: Advance knowledge of PowerPoint to create interactive training presentation, quiz, games, and simulations. Knowledge of LMS and SCORM.
Hands-on experience of MS Office & authoring tools like Articulate Storyline & iSpring Suite Knowledge of graphics and video creation using Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage. Great organization skills on Mail management, Task analysis and version control.
