Hiring: Manager – Business Development

Location: Gurgaon

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and finalize new store locations as per expansion plans.

- Manage end-to-end execution of recent store openings.

- Lead rental negotiations for new and existing stores.

- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers and franchise partners.

- Drive and support FOFO (Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated) store expansion.

- Ensure commercial viability and cost optimization of deals.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential locations.

- Coordinate with franchise partners for smooth store launches and operations.

? Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.

- FOFO business model experience preferred.

- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Solid analytical and decision-making abilities.

- Prior experience in Retail / Business Development preferred.
