Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

- Identifications of potential business lead within the territory.
- Planning an effective and appropriate approach to identify the decision makers
- Building interpersonal relation with multiple potential clients
- Creating recent leads and developing a database of the potential and existing clients & consultants in the Industrial, Commercial & Data centre projects arena.
- Executing periodic market analysis, accordingly planning way ahead to ensure maximum connects with the clients for successful business deliveries.
- Identifying the business trends and accordingly creating influential business collaterals.
- Getting tender updates for the new projects.
- Converting tenders into successful orders for the organization.
- Regular visits to Client & Consultant for maximum business engagements.
- Building new strategies to approach upcoming project tenders.
- Attending pre bid meetings & participating in negotiations
- Identifying the new avenues for business expansions.
- Managing & enhancing brand awareness within the market.

Desired Candidate:

- The incumbent should be from Bangalore & Chennai region.
- Qualification:



MBA / Adequate experience as a business development manager
- Should have proven track record of minimum 5 years in managerial position form the Business Development domain.
- Should have past association with similar EPC contracting companies engaged in Turn Key, Electrical execution projects in the Bangalore & Chennai region.
- Should have effective and fluent communication skills with great convincing abilities.
- Fluency in computer operations especially on the Microsoft tools.

Proficient in Electrical Design Domain is must.
