Experience Required:
- Solid experience in Trade Surveillance / Market Surveillance / Markets Compliance
- Solid understanding of Fixed Income products and related derivatives
- Experience covering Global Markets and multiple trading venues/platforms
- Good understanding of market abuse risks and trading behaviours, including spoofing, layering, front-running, insider trading, market manipulation, etc.
- Experience in enhancing surveillance scenarios, controls, parameters or models.
- Experience working closely with Compliance, Front Office, Technology, Risk and other stakeholders
