· Fabric Sourcing & procurement: Extensive Knowledge of varied fabrics, their properties & applications.
· Printing Technology: Knowledge of various fabric printing technology i.e. Rotary, flat-bed printing etc. and printing properties finishing, texture, colorfastness, sharpness, penetration, and durability.
· Vendor Development: Skills to source new suppliers, negotiate competitive pricing, and maintain robust relationships with vendors.
· Sampling Management: Robust co-ordination with internal team and merchants to execute buyer specified samples on strict deadline.
· Operational Activities: Proficient in managing operational challenges to comply departmental tasks.
· Technical skills – Knowledge of ERP system, Tally, SAP etc.
