About the Role

Bushnell Technik LLP provides
appliance repair and maintenance services to B2B clients
, including managed accommodation and hospitality companies such as Zolo, Stanza and similar businesses.

We are looking for a
Business Executive – Service Operations
who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day service operations for our B2B clients. The role requires strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills, with a sharp focus on ensuring that every service ticket is resolved efficiently and that commercial processes are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Coordination
- Coordinate daily with Property Managers and client POCs.
- Understand and track open service tickets.
- Handle ticket escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with client teams.
- Follow up regularly on pending or delayed tickets.

2. Technician Coordination




- Assign the right technician for each service requirement.
- Coordinate technician schedules and site visits.
- Track technician attendance, arrival and completion of jobs.
- Ensure technicians close tickets with proper service reports and required documentation.
- Resolve operational issues between technicians and client teams.

3. Technician Hiring & Network Development
- Identify and hire recent technicians based on service requirements.
- Build and maintain a reliable technician network.
- Coordinate technician onboarding and availability.
- Ensure adequate technician capacity across different locations and service categories.

4. Service Operations Management
- Monitor all open, pending and completed tickets.
- Ensure tickets are resolved within the committed timelines.
- Track repeat complaints and escalations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective action.
