Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Guntur. The Manager will oversee branch operations, ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, driving business growth through acquisition and retention of customers, and monitoring performance against targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, resolving escalated customer issues, preparing reports and dashboards,



and supporting initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members.
- Proficiency in branch operations, customer relationship management, and business development in a banking or financial services environment.
- Solid understanding of banking products, processes, compliance requirements, and basic risk management practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Comfort with using banking software, MS Office tools, and data for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant certifications in banking/finance are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role within retail banking or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Guntur, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
