This job role revolves around d efining and implementing data extracting strategies and leading the team to unleash the power of data analytics by interpreting the data to provide insights and support decision-making for organization’s benefit.

- Define and lead the implementation of a long-term data strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Advanced Data Analysis &
- Business Insights
- Oversee the use of analytical tools (SQL, Python, R) to extract insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Ensure analytical outputs are aligned with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.

- Executive Reporting
- Guide the development of dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure visualizations are impactful, accurate, and tailored to diverse audiences.
- Data Governance &
- Compliance Oversight
- Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT and legal teams to manage data risks and regulatory requirements.

translating data needs into actionable solutions.

- Must have handled the data in excess of 1 million rows.

Education Qualifications

- B. Tech (Electrical/Computers)
- BCA / MCA

Certification in Python / Data Analytics / data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Relevant Experience

- 10-15 years of experience with at least 5 years’ experience in Power sector
