Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation activities.
- Prepare and review consolidation journals, inter-company (IC) eliminations, and consolidation adjustments .
- Perform investment elimination, equity accounting for JV/Associates, and NCI computation .
- Manage Foreign Currency Translation (FCTR/CTA) and related accounting adjustments.
- Prepare and review Consolidated Financial Statements (CFS) in accordance with Ind AS .
- Support Annual Report preparation and Schedule III disclosures .
- Manage the consolidation close calendar and ensure timely closure.
- Perform consolidation analytics, variance analysis, and review of financial results .
- Coordinate with subsidiaries/business units for consolidation data, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Work on consolidation tools such as SAP BPC / Group Reporting (GR) or equivalent systems.




- Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS and financial reporting requirements .
- Support internal and statutory audits related to consolidation and financial reporting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS Consolidation and Financial Reporting .
- Hands-on experience in IC elimination, NCI, FCTR/CTA, investment elimination, and equity accounting .
- Good understanding of Consolidated Financial Statements and Schedule III .
- Experience with SAP BPC / Group Reporting or similar consolidation tools will be preferred.
- Solid analytical, review, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Profile: CA Qualified with 46 years of relevant experience in Consolidation / Financial Reporting , preferably from a large corporate, manufacturing, or multinational environment.
