Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced After Sales & Parts Manager to lead service operations, parts management and after-sales business for our growing MHE business. The candidate will be responsible for customer satisfaction, equipment uptime, service revenue and parts profitability.

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Location:Mumbai

Immediate joiners are highly prefrable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead service operations for forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Manage service engineers & technicians.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of customer complaints and breakdowns.
- Plan and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) and equipment uptime.
- Manage warranty claims and coordinate with OEMs for technical support.
- Drive AMC, service contracts, breakdown service and after-sales revenue.




- Manage complete spare parts operations forecasting, procurement, inventory and sales.
- Maintain optimum stock of fast-moving and critical parts.
- Monitor parts margins, inventory turnover and slow-moving inventory.
- Prepare service/AMC/parts quotations and support commercial negotiations.
- Develop solid relationships with key customers and conduct regular customer visits.
- Establish service processes, SOPs, reporting and escalation mechanisms.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations and OEM teams.
- Track and improve service and parts KPIs.
