Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced After Sales & Parts Manager to lead service operations, parts management and after-sales business for our growing MHE business. The candidate will be responsible for customer satisfaction, equipment uptime, service revenue and parts profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead service operations for forklifts and material handling equipment.

Manage service engineers & technicians.

Ensure timely response and resolution of customer complaints and breakdowns.

Plan and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) and equipment uptime.

Manage warranty claims and coordinate with OEMs for technical support.

Drive AMC, service contracts, breakdown service and after-sales revenue.

Manage complete spare parts operations – forecasting, procurement, inventory and sales.





Maintain optimum stock of rapid-moving and critical parts.

Monitor parts margins, inventory turnover and slow-moving inventory.

Prepare service/AMC/parts quotations and support commercial negotiations.

Develop strong relationships with key customers and conduct regular customer visits.

Establish service processes, SOPs, reporting and escalation mechanisms.

Work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations and OEM teams.

Track and improve service and parts KPIs.
