We’re looking for an experienced Australian Accounting & Tax professional who can lead, guide and grow with our team.
You’ll be responsible for
- Training and mentoring the team on Australian bookkeeping & tax
- Reviewing work and ensuring quality & timely delivery
- Managing Australian client communication and requirements
- Handling accounting/tax issues and taking ownership of deliverables
- Helping build better processes as the team grows
What we’re looking for
- Prior experience in Australian accounting & taxation
- Team management/mentoring experience
- Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping, BAS, GST & Tax
- Positive client communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Xero and Australian accounting practices
