Designation : Manager - ADDR Role PurposeLead and support the research, development, and optimization of advanced delivery systems for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical/food applications. The role focuses on improving product stability, bioavailability, controlled release, targeted delivery, sensory compatibility, and regulatory compliance through scientific innovation and formulation development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop advanced delivery systems such as controlled release, sustained release, targeted delivery, microencapsulation, nanoformulations, liposomal systems, and functional ingredient delivery platforms.
- Conduct formulation research for pharmaceutical products, nutraceuticals, and food-grade actives to enhance efficacy, stability, and consumer/patient acceptability.
- Evaluate raw materials, excipients, polymers, coating systems, encapsulation technologies, and processing methods.
- Perform pre-formulation,



compatibility studies, stability studies, and prototype development.
- Support scale-up, technology transfer, and process optimization in coordination with production and quality teams.
- Generate technical documentation, development reports, SOPs, protocols, and scientific presentations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, quality, and food/pharma guidelines.
