- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals on a regular basis.
- Introduce and promote the company's medical/healthcare products.
- Explain product features, benefits, applications, and usage effectively.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Support product demonstrations, presentations, medical events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate daily field activity, customer visit, and sales reports.
- Update CRM and other reporting systems on a timely basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, customer support, and product requirements.
- Participate in regular product and sales training programs.
- Ensure qualified conduct and compliance with company policies during customer interactions.
Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, energetic, comfortable with field work, willing to meet doctors regularly, and strongly interested in building a long-term career in medical/healthcare sales. Freshers with an MBA in Sales & Marketing or a relevant healthcare/life-science background are encouraged to apply.
