Chain Reaction Consulting is looking for ambitious, enthusiastic, and career-oriented individuals to join our Management Training Program as Management Trainees – Sales & Marketing.

This is an prospect for individuals who want to build a long-term career in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Team Management, and Leadership.

As a Management Trainee, you will begin by learning the fundamentals of sales and marketing through practical, hands-on experience. Based on your performance and development, you will gradually be trained for higher management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and execute direct sales and marketing strategies
- Interact with customers through face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition
- Represent our client brands and campaigns professionally
- Understand customer requirements and communicate products/services effectively
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events
- Develop strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Progressively take responsibility for training, mentoring, and managing team members
- Develop leadership, business development, and management skills
- Work towards taking responsibility for business operations and team performance

Management Training & Career Progression Candidates will enter through Level 1 – Sales & Marketing Executive and will be trained progressively through our management development structure:





Level 1 – Sales & Marketing Executive

Focus: Sales, Marketing, Customer Acquisition & Communication

Level 2 – Trainee Manager

Focus: Recruitment, Training, Team Development & Leadership

Level 3 – Deputy Manager

Focus: Business Management, Administration, Financial Planning & Operations

Level 4 – Branch Manager

Focus: Branch Management, Business Growth, Team Leadership & Developing Future Managers
