Roles and Responsibilities :

- Understand and closely analyze customer requirements to identify suitable project/product offerings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and lead handling to customer engagement, site visits, negotiations, booking, and final closure.
- Generate and develop leads through online real estate platforms, digital channels, social media, property portals, and other relevant sources to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate leads through offline activities such as property exhibitions, real estate events, property shows, activations, walk-ins, and other on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Manage lead allocation and database, conduct regular follow-ups, and proactively convert potential leads into successful closures.
- Coordinate with customers for site visits, address queries, drive conversions, and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prepare sales plans and supervise overall sales activities to achieve assigned targets.




- Pitch the unique features and benefits of the project/product to potential customers and effectively handle negotiations to ensure closures.
- Initiate and manage sales activities from the pre-launch stage through final closure while maintaining a solid customer experience.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and effectively manage customer collections.
- Expand and maintain a strong customer database and potential customer data bank for continuous business development.
- Ensure timely updates of the sales pipeline in the system and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Submit required reports, sales updates, and performance information to the reporting manager as needed.
- Coordinate with the customer service team for documentation, payment processes, and smooth customer handover.

Location: Aliens Space Station, Gachibowli-Tellapur, Hyderabad

Mode: Work from Office

Work timings: 11-8PM (Week-offs on Monday)
