Role Description The Management Trainee Credit role is a full-time, on-site position based in Etah. The trainee will assist in evaluating loan applications, conducting credit analysis, and assessing customer eligibility in line with company policies and risk guidelines.

Responsibilities include gathering and verifying customer documentation, analyzing financial information, and preparing credit appraisal reports for review. The role also involves interacting with customers to clarify requirements, explain processes, and support a positive service experience.



Under the guidance of senior team members, the trainee will learn credit underwriting practices, support portfolio monitoring, and contribute to maintaining the quality of the loan book.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Credit Management skills with an understanding of lending practices and basic risk assessment.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess repayment capacity, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance, including concepts related to loans, interest, and financial statements.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to engage respectfully with diverse customers and support a positive borrowing experience.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and preparing reports.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to follow regulatory and internal compliance guidelines are beneficial.
- Willingness to learn, work on-site in Etah, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is important for success in this role.
