Role Description The Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Moosapet. This role is responsible for overseeing the collection, consolidation, and reporting of business data related to sales, inventory, finance, and operations across multiple stores.

The MIS Manager will design and maintain dashboards, prepare regular and ad hoc reports for leadership, and ensure Genisys ERP data accuracy and timeliness. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with store and finance teams, managing MIS tools and databases, analyzing performance trends,



and recommending improvements to support strategic decisions. The role also involves collaborating with IT to enhance systems, troubleshoot data issues, and support process automation for better business insights.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS), including reporting, dashboard creation, and data management.
- Foundational understanding of finance, including sales, margins, and inventory-related financial metrics.
- Knowledge of information technology tools, spreadsheets, databases, and basic system administration.
- Experience in data analytics, including data cleansing, visualization, and performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with store, finance, and management teams; prior retail or apparel industry experience is an advantage.
