Inviting applications for the role of Management Reporting

This role supports enterprise-wide performance management through delivery of high-quality management reporting, executive dashboards, KPI governance, and actionable business insights.

Role Purpose The candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insight-driven reporting for Executive Leadership, CFO, CEO, and business stakeholders. The role will drive end-to-end preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting packs, while enabling strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, visualization, and performance insights. The incumbent will manage high-volume reporting during quarter-end and year-end cycles,



operating with significant cross-functional dependencies across Actuarial, Investments, and Finance systems, while maintaining strong governance, control discipline, and execution rigor, and providing executive-level visibility to senior leadership and the C-suite.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs.
- Prepare Board, CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership presentations.
- Develop KPI, SLA, and performance scorecards.
- Provide variance analysis and business performance commentary.
- Create dashboards and visual reporting solutions.
- Partner with Finance, FP&A;, Operations, and Transformation teams.
- Drive reporting automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.

• Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights. Decision Support Analytics

- Manage end-to-end reporting delivery, stakeholder engagement, reporting timelines, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach and develop reporting analysts and team members.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

- Strong Management Reporting experience.
- Executive-ready reporting and presentation development.
- Advanced Excel including Power Query, Power Pivot, Automation, and Financial Modelling.
- Power BI dashboard development and visualization.
- Tableau reporting and analytics.
- Alteryx workflow automation and data preparation.
- Workiva reporting and governance.
- Tagetik performance management and financial reporting.
- KPI, SLA, and operational performance reporting.





• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Insurance & Financial Services Expertise Experience supporting Insurance, Reinsurance, Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Services organizations. Exposure to FP&A;, management reporting, executive reporting, performance management, and finance transformation initiatives is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification. Significant experience in Management Reporting, FP&A;, Business Finance, Executive Reporting, or Performance Management within large multinational organizations.
