About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and technically proficient MIS Executive who can manage, structure, analyse, and transform data from multiple sources into meaningful business reports and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command of MS Excel , hands-on knowledge of Zoho applications , and the ability to use automation and AI tools to improve reporting, data management, forecasting, and business decision-making.

This role requires more than simply preparing routine MIS reports. The candidate should have a strong understanding of data, business requirements, trends, and forecasting and should be able to identify what information the business may need in the future.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and business dashboards.
- Collect, consolidate, clean, validate, and structure data from multiple sources.
- Work with data from MS SQL, MS Excel, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Sheets , and other business systems.
- Integrate and maintain data in cloud-based platforms for centralized reporting.
- Develop meaningful reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance trackers for management.
- Use AI tools to analyse data, identify trends, structure information, automate reporting processes, and generate business insights.
- Convert raw and unstructured data into clear, meaningful, and actionable information.
- Identify data discrepancies, gaps, trends, and anomalies and take corrective action.
- Work closely with different departments to understand their reporting and data requirements.




- Build automated reporting processes wherever possible to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
- Analyse historical data and assist in forecasting future business trends, requirements, volumes, and performance .
- Proactively identify upcoming data and reporting requirements instead of waiting for instructions.
- Develop reports based on specific business requirements and management objectives.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and proper documentation.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Essential:

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel — advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis, lookups, dashboards, charts, data cleaning, and reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of Zoho Analytics and Zoho Sheets is mandatory. Candidates must be able to independently use these platforms for data consolidation, analysis, reporting, dashboards, and structuring business data.
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho automation/workflows.
- Understanding of databases and ability to work with MS SQL or SQL-based data sources.
- Knowledge of data consolidation from multiple sources.
- Ability to work with cloud-based data and reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis, reporting, automation, and data structuring .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent understanding of data accuracy,



relationships, trends, and business logic.

Analytical & Forecasting Ability The candidate should be able to:
- Understand what the data is actually communicating rather than simply compiling numbers.
- Identify patterns and trends from historical data.
- Interpret data according to business requirements.
- Provide meaningful insights from reports.
- Anticipate future reporting and data requirements .
- Assist management in forecasting based on historical performance, current trends, and available business data.
- Understand which data points and KPIs are relevant for different business decisions.
