About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our 3-Month Management Trainee Program. This is a paid internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to retail operations, sales, customer handling, stock management, finance, and market development.

As a Management Trainee, you will learn through a combination of classroom learning, office-based training, store experience, and market exposure. The program is designed to build practical skills and prepare trainees for future opportunities in retail management.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand product categories, features, pricing, margins, brands, and seasonal collections.

Support sales activities and develop effective customer interaction skills.

Assist with customer service, product recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling.

Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

Learn and support basic store accounting, daily sales reporting, and cash reconciliation.

Gain practical exposure to Tally and store-level financial reporting.

Assist with inventory management, stock receiving, replenishment, counting, and audits.

Understand and support visual merchandising, displays, and in-store promotions.





Participate in local market studies, competitor mapping, and market activities.

Work alongside store teams to understand day-to-day retail operations.

Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive learning attitude throughout the program.

Program Details

Duration: 3 Months

Selection Process

Assessment Test → Group Discussion → Personal Interview

Final evaluation will consider knowledge, sales performance, attitude, learning ability, discipline, teamwork, and overall progress

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
