Key Responsibilities:

1. Incident Coordination:
2. Manage MI/MCIR incidents and tickets.

Handle EOC-related MIs and provide updates to the team.

4. Major Incident Handling:
5. Lead major incident responses, ensuring quick resolution.
6. Coordinate with stakeholders and update senior management.

7. CSOC Onboarding:
8. Onboard services to the Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC).
9. Ensure new services meet security standards.

10. Jira Management:
11. Manage JIRA tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
12. Collaborate with teams to address issues.

13. Communication:
14. Respond promptly to emails and DM communications.
15. Ensure smooth handovers between shifts.

16. Process Improvement:
