Automation & Control Systems

Assist PLC troubleshooting (Siemens / Mitsubishi / Schneider); maintenance of HMI, VFDs, servo drives (Siemens, Festo, Yaskawa); basic exposure to industrial networks (Profinet, Ethernet, Modbus)

Instrumentation & Devices

Maintain AC/DC motors, servo motors, encoders, proximity & photo sensors, safety devices

Preventive Maintenance & Documentation

Execute PM as per schedule; maintain logs, breakdown reports, spare usage records; support MTTR and breakdown reduction initiatives

Safety & Compliance

Ensure electrical safety standards compliance; follow LOTO procedures and company safety policies; support energy conservation initiatives

Coordination & Support

Coordinate with production during maintenance; support electrical, mechanical, automation, facility, and utility systems
