Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day administration and upkeep of residential and commercial amenities. The ideal candidate will ensure a superior user experience, coordinate vendor services, and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations and maintenance of assigned facilities: pool, gym, clubhouse, and multiplex and residential society.

Monthly maintenance collection from residents.

Manage housekeeping, security, front desk, and technical staff across sites

Monitor vendor performance for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), cleanliness, and repairs

Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire norms

Manage budgets related to facility upkeep, utilities, and consumables

Coordinate facility bookings, guest access, and special event support





Maintain digital and physical records of maintenance logs and service schedules

Any other work allotted by company time to time.

Address resident/customer grievances related to amenities and resolve promptly

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree

4 years experience in facility/operations managementideally in real estate, hospitality, or commercial buildings

Strong coordination skills with internal teams, vendors, and residents

Familiarity with basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

Proficiency with MS Office and facility management software/tools

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to work flexible schedule and be on-call for emergencies
